Terms and Conditions

By purchasing tickets for the Mzansi Women of Influence Awards & Expo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Event Details

The 5th Mzansi Women of Influence Awards & Expo will take place on 15 November 2025 at the Southern Sun Hotel in Pretoria. The event includes a Morning Dialogue session (09:00-13:00) and an Awards Gala Dinner (starting at 16:00).

Ticket Purchase

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
• Tickets are non-transferable without prior notification to event organizers.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder.
• All ticket prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• International transactions will be converted to ZAR at the current exchange rate.
• A R10 surcharge is applied to all domestic transactions for administrative services.
• A R50 surcharge is applied to all international transactions for administrative and processing services.
• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

Right to Reserve

Mzansi Women of Influence Awards & Expo reserves the right to:

• Make changes to the event program, schedule, or speakers without prior notice.
• Cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates event policies or disrupts the experience of other attendees.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials associated with the Mzansi Women of Influence Awards & Expo are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

Cancellation by Attendee

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event: 75% refund of ticket price (administration fees non-refundable).
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund of ticket price (administration fees non-refundable).
• Cancellations made 8-14 days before the event: 25% refund of ticket price (administration fees non-refundable).
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event: No refund available.

Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that Mzansi Women of Influence Awards & Expo is canceled by the organizers, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided. Administration fees may not be refundable at the discretion of the organizers.

Transfer Policy

Ticket transfers to another person are permitted with written notification to admin@mzansimwofinfluence.co.za at least 48 hours before the event. Transfers may be subject to an administration fee.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information when you register for our event, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, organization, and dietary preferences.
